- Three service dimensions stood out as the most critical to clients when working with the Latremoille Group: trust, fully understanding goals, meeting performance expectations.
- The Latremoille Group is viewed as exceptionally well-coordinated, responsive and knowledgeable.
- Clients described the top three brand strengths as team concept, holistic approach and proactive planning.
- The Latremoille Group client interaction approach is considered exceptional at quickly building trust and maintaining a high level of trust over time.
